Privacy policy
Your information, kept small.
Last updated October 13, 2026. In effect from that date. SHADOW GLOBAL, LLC, Alabama, United States.
What we collect
- Requests you send us. If you use a request form on this site, we keep the name, email address and message you enter, so we can answer you. With each request we also keep your browser type and the approximate location (country and city) our hosting provider supplies, and we sort requests by type (for example company, government or individual) so the right person reads them.
- Visit counts. We count page views, preview plays and store clicks. To count unique visitors per day we use a one-way, salted code that changes daily. We do not store your IP address for this.
- Abuse protection. To stop spam, our form briefly limits how often one network address can send requests. That limit expires within minutes.
- Purchases. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy shares your order details (such as your email address and what you bought) with us so we can support your order. Merchandise is sold and shipped by Fourthwall, which handles your order and payment details under its own privacy policy and shares order details with us so we can support your order.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
- We don't set cookies for tracking.
Where it's kept
This site runs on Cloudflare. Request messages and visit counts are stored with Cloudflare. Visit counts are kept for about 40 days. Requests are kept as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of our conversations, and we delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email shadowgloballlc@gmail.com. We'll answer within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
