The Complete Circle™ orders

• Download or playback trouble: reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or write to us with your order number.
• Charged twice or bought by mistake: write to us with your order number.
• Lost your download link: your Lemon Squeezy receipt email has it. If you can't find it, write to us.

Refund policy

The Complete Circle is a digital download you get right after purchase, so sales are generally final. We still want you to be happy, so we'll refund your purchase in full within 14 days if:

• the file won't download or play and we can't fix it for you,
• you were charged more than once for the same order, or
• you bought it by mistake and haven't downloaded it.

To ask for a refund, reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or write to shadowgloballlc@gmail.com with your order number. Our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, is the merchant of record for this order and processes approved refunds to your original payment method. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
