This site is run by SHADOW GLOBAL, LLC, an Alabama company (“we”). By using it you agree to these terms.

Purchases. Digital products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and merchandise through Fourthwall. Their checkout terms also apply. Our refund policy for digital downloads is on each product page and on Support.

Your licence. Downloads are for your personal use only: no resale, redistribution, or public playback.

Our content. The text, audio, art and puzzles on this site belong to SHADOW GLOBAL, LLC or its licensors. Some are made with AI tools, as each page says.

Games and puzzles. Puzzles, easter eggs and stories here are fiction and for fun. Nothing hidden on the site is a prize, an offer or a promise. Any challenge with a Wall or prize has its own official rules.

No advice. Our audio and stories are entertainment. They are not medical, legal or financial advice.

Listening safety. Our audio is for entertainment. It is not a medical product and is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Don't listen while driving, operating machinery, or anywhere you need to hear your surroundings. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or a condition that affects your hearing, check with your doctor before listening, and stop if you feel unwell.

Age. Our products and purchases are for adults 18 and over.
